This has given me a much needed boost ,I mix it in a glass of water I actually like the taste one sachet a day seems to be enough for me it helps with energy levels and boosts hydration for my skin ,so far so good .

My dermatologist told me that my skin was dehydrated, so i found this as well as the night time version. Went back 4 weeks later and they were so impressed on how hydrated and glowing my skin was - they wanted to know the products.
And it tastes amazing, not like the electrolyte drinks that have the horrid fake sugar taste after.
